Richard William Dippner
Richard Dippner, the devoted husband of the love of his life, Pat Dippner, loving father of Vicki, Ric and Danny and doting grandfather of 11 grandchildren passed away peacefully with family at his bedside on Tuesday 27 November 2012.
Richard was born in Calgary, Alberta Canada on November 20, 1927. He was a man of many talents. A multi-faceted career led him and his growing family across Canada and into the United States, traveling from Calgary, to Kitchener, Ontario, Edmonton, Los Angeles, California, Clackamas and West Linn, Oregon. An opportunity in Desert Hot Springs arose and Richard served as City Manager, followed by Manager of the Mission Springs Water District.
Richard (Dick) was a Mason in good standing throughout his life and he enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by his children and grandchildren.
